How to order ?
Tell us what you'd like by fill in all details in our Quotation Request Form and attach your photo to our email : info@aboutpopart.com
Please allows 1-2 business days to check the quality of photo that we can do the artwork or not.
- If we can do, we will send the price quotation with Paypal payment link to your email.
- If not, we will email you the price quotation without Paypal payment link and ask for the new photo.
How much does it cost ?
Our price depends on
1. Style of the artwork
2. Number of people (or pets) in the artwork
3. Size of the artwork.
4. Finish Types
5. Shipping cost.

How do I pay ?
We accept PayPal from all buyers, it's really fast, easy and safety.

How long does it take ?
Normally, start working on the artwork until prompt to delivery, it's take 7 -10 days. The time may be delayed than mention that depend on how long we receive the approval.

How will my portrait be arrived ?
The print size is not more than 70x70 cm will be shipped by air parcel via Thailand Post with the tracking number.

Europe / Australia / NZ : 10 -15 days
USA / Canada : 12 - 20 days
*** For the size over than mention will be shipped by air courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Of course, the delivery time is faster than Post Office but the cost is higher too.

Can I choose the background color ?
Yes, choose the color you'd like and fill in the Quoatation request form. If you have more colors you'd like, you can give us the alternative colors, and we will
attach the proofs with that colors for your choices. You can see the color's guide from our Color Chart page.
Can I see a proof of the artwork before you final print ?
Yes, we will not print out until you satisfies in the artwork and approve it.

Can I ask for changes in the artwork after seeing the proof ?
Sure, after you've seen the proof, you'll have the opportunity to ask for minor changes in detail. At this point you can give us your thoughts on the artwork and any changes you would like can be made. We'll make all possible changes and email you the new modify proof.

Can I change the style after receive the proof ?
We are sorry that you can't change to the other style since we start doing the artwork already. Because in each work, we use the working time for 12 - 24 hrs.,
so this is the reason why we can not change to the other style. If you'd like to change to the other style, we have to charge the illustration fee for the new style.
